Impenetrable black in the glass. Complex nose of black raspberry, cherry kirsch, tar, coffee, black pepper, molasses, and sweet spice. Huge, big fruited mouth of above with loads of ripe black cherry, chicory, melted tar, and spice. Very Aussie like.
