Solid shine in the golden core, a fastball straight down the middle. Dances in the nose, laser beam of white grapefruit and blood orange, sauna smoke, honey, dewy flowers, broad nectarine, mango, papaya to peach scents, keenly penetrating without overly trying to impress. Light to medium-bodied, thickens up through the finish as the guava paste, mango, apricot paste slathers itself on the tongue. A note of vanilla bean and honey balanced by sharp white grapefruit. The acidity sinewy and winds its way through the tasting experience to amplify things well. Modicum of stone and chalk but has not yet come to the fore. Not sure what part of it is "trocken" except the exceptionally clean finish. Electric wine.
