Tried this over the weekend:
1. Carlisle Zin RossiRanch/SonomaVlly (15.8%; Plntd: 1910; + AlicanteBouschet/GrandNoir/PS; 180 cs) 2013: Very dark/blacl color; strong toasted coconut/oak/smokey intense blackberry/boysenberry/Zin rather dusty/OV fairly earthy complex nose; bit tart/tangy very strong blackberry/boysenberry/ripe Zin bit briary classic SonomaVlly Zin light toasted coconut/oak bit alcoholic flavor w/ some hard/drying tannins; very long intense blackberry/boysenberry/Zin/chocolaty classic SonomaVlly Zin finish w/ some hard tannins; still plenty of youthful fruit but starting to show a bit of age & drying out & metallic bite.
