I sure appreciate you hosting this for so long. I've pretty much had my own blog here for quite some time, which was very cool! I wish there had been more participation but on the other hand, nobody disagreed with me. I wish you the best in retirement.

I wish there was somebody to take over/host the forum. I'm not sure where I'll go.

Thanks
Fraser

If I was still heavily into the whole wine thing, I would go to Berzerkers, but at this point, I really don't want to be around so many opinionated people.

Like a more calm lifestyle. LOL

I am all for having somebody take this place over but have not come across anyone with good intent to do so.

Agreed. It was pretty calm at WCWN.....no one to disagree with me even if I was wrong. Berserkers doesn't really seem to be about tasting notes, no doubt due to CellarTracker and Italian wines don't seem to get a lot of attention, so not going there. Hope you find someone!

Racing to meet the deadline. Just saved off 128 pages of my barolo notes back to 2001....phew!

Guess I'll be moving to the Barolo/Barbaresco Facebook group. Please join if interested. It's a pretty good group.

Happy New Year

Thank you Brad for hosting this wonderful site (and all the participants!). While not a frequent poster (not a note writer) I always check this site daily. I hope someone takes the torch but I will always have fond memories visiting here.
