2019 WillaKenzie Estate Pinot Noir Clairiere Yamhill-Carlton
Translucent cherry red but dark at the core. Intoxicating nose of strawberries and violets. Deep, precise fruit, strawberries, black cherries. Just lovely. Cherries on the midpalate. Fine, firm tannins, beautiful acidity and balance. Finishes long, dark fruited and spicy. Better, deeper, brighter with air. I'd give it a brisk double decant before service. Lovely and will improve over next 3 to 4 years. "A-" with an upside.
