New Cellar in the New House

The cellar was completed last week with the work done by a professional this time. Excellent work and he had done several before this. The cooling unit is a CellarPro 1800 XTS. It's sized about 20-30% larger than the cellar. The temps are holding a 56-58 or so. Humidity 60-65%. I could reduce the temperature range but the manual says leave the range at 4 degrees. So I"m guessing the range inside the bottles is 1-2 degrees.

The cellar needs more mass as we're at about 1/3 the bottles we had 9-10 years ago. The wine racks were brought from the old house and only bought the table top one.

Thanks. Yes on the mag. Ordered by mistake, but I'll keep it.

Looks good, but you need a Screaming Eagle wood case to add credibility....like a certain poster always shows.

I do know someone that has them. I'll have to ask for one. I used to have a lid.
