Has anyone been to Mendoza? I am going in a couple of weeks and will have one extra day free to wonder around on my own. It's a Sunday, if that matters. Anything you recommend I should see, should go to, etc?

Michael, on the plane over to South Korea yesterday saw Andrea Robinson do a show about Argentina....some good recommendations for Buenos Ares & the Mendoza from what I saw...think her site is Andreawine.com if I remember through the jet lag.

Post your travel notes....have always wanted to visit. The Catena winery looked interesting. And it looks like you had better like lots of beef!!!!!
