1. This is a wine I suspect will put on weight and become much more perfumed w/ a yrs age, but that's just a guess. Not a profound white but just very pretty. Would have blown away the Croatian Zlahtina Bijela or Debits we had earlier in the week.
MattRorick hope to become the standard-bearer for the renaissance of GreenHungarian in Calif. Thus far, he's not found it good enough for a single-varietal wine yet. But it will happen.
