Went back and revisited this wine I had tried a month ago (no TN):
1. Wieninger Wiener DAC: GemischterSatz Wiener Wein (12.5%; www.wieninger.at/en/) Weingut Wieninger/Wien 2017: Light gold color w/ small bubbles that dissapate rapidly/dissolved CO2?; strong floral/carnations/apple blossoms/bit GV-like/white pepper quite attractive nose; quite tart/tangy rather floral/appley/apple blossom/carnations/GV-like/spicy bit lean quite pretty flavor; very long quite tart/tangy bright/floral/carnations/appley/apple blossom/lemony/citric quite attractive finish; quite a bright/pretty GS but a bit muddled & not as well-delinated as the Riesling. $21.00 (SFW&S)

A wee BloodyPulpit:
1. This is a traditional blend of 70% Bisamberg and 30% Nussberg vnyds. This field blend, co-harvested & co-fermented, includes: Grüner Veltliner/Weißburgunder/Welschriesling/ and Chardonnay with small contributions from Riesling/Rotgipfler/Zierfandler/Sylvaner/Traminer/Neuburger. The first time I tried this over a month ago, I found it a bit on the dull side. I liked it much more this time around but thought it just another pretty face in the GS world. Much prefer the IngridGroiss GS.
