Bernard Baudry Les Granges Chinon Loire 2002

The color of a deep and rich cranberry juice from rim to core. An abundant nose of rosemary, raspberry, game and tobo rises to meet the face. The profile is exactly parallel to the nose. The mouthfeel is lighter, but that makes it an inviting drink for the beginning of the week. More of these in the cellar but whether to hold or drink is the question. The wine will hold for some time, but why wait? 12% alc. With beef grillards. 01.12.14. Recommended.
