The oak on the 2010 was particularly excessive. While I don't buy LaDoriane anymore, I was fortunate to taste either the 2013 or the 2014 last year and found the oak treatment had thankfully been tempered a bit. Perhaps Guigal is backing off the oak program a bit, and welcomely so. A little La Doriane every so often is a good thing.
