2019 Belle Pente Pinot Noir Willamette Valley

Vibrant, translucent cherry red. Strawberry, cranberry, spice aromas. Delicate but still vibrant fruit on the palate. Strawberry, cranberry, bit of cherry. Fine tannins, lovely acidity and balance. A lighter style of Pinot, it took quite a bit of air to start to open up, becoming darker and deeper, bit juicier. Finishes long and dark-fruited. This probably needs 2 years to develop or give it a 60-minute decant. Drink over the next 6 to 8 years. 13% ABV. "A-"
