I had this again recently from the same source.

"Very fragrant. Inviting black cherry palate. Aggressive, angular feel. Very acidic. Needs food. Seems young. Smooth but intense. Cool, menthol-ly. A little chalky. Fresh. Gains concentration with air. Gets edgy, dry and more tannic".

This was still young and fresh with a tempting fragrance. However, I didn't get much complexity this time and although I really liked it, it was also missing an aspect, like fruit or something more than just acidity and concentration. I wouldn't expect this to improve and I think I liked it a lot more last time. I have one more which I will probably drink up soon. With Duck Ragu over polenta, a nice pairing.

Thanks
