2020 Dupuis Pinot Noir Wendling Vineyard Anderson Valley

Dark red at core, growing translucence as it moves toward the rim. Still tight on the nose, some black cherry notes. Bright red fruit, cherries, raspberries, bit of spice. Fine tannins, bright acidity, lovely balance. Finishes long and red-fruited with raspberry notes. It has good weight and depth. Give this wine 3 to 4 years to develop and then drink for 6 to 7 years beyond that. "A-" with an upside.
