2019 Bucklin Ancient Field Blend Old Hill Ranch Sonoma Valley

Dark red with some translucence at the rim. Lovely nose of raspberry and anise. Smooth and yet intense fruit on the palate, raspberry, blackberry. Layered and lovely. Firm tannins, great acidity and balance. Finishes long and lovely, blackberry and pepper. Beautiful wine, classic Zin blend. Could use 2 years to develop and drink well for 6 years beyond that. "A-"
