More kriplferq from TheBloodyPulpit:
1. I generally like the Ryme Reds. They tend to be pretty big & extracted & need some age.
I've been very fond of their Aglianico. It has just a hint of rusticity that suggests Italian Aglianico but definitely Calif in style.
Alas, John&Jody Ahner sold LunaMatta several yrs ago to the Daou family. They immediately went in & grafted over all the interesting Italian stuff to Cab & Merlot. Whatta tragedy. I assume Stephy Terrizzi was fired as vnyd manager. So, no more Ryme Aglianico.
