Yellow-gold color. Yeasty, lemon curd aromas. Very fine bead. Crisp and nicely assertive on the palate, lemons, Golden Delicious apples. Bright acidity, lovely balance. Nice minerality. Finishes long with fine acidity and lemon notes. Lovely wine. Disgorged 7/4/2019. 11.5% ABV. "A-"
