2021 Di Costanzo Chardonnay DI CO Deering Vineyard Moon Mountain

Lovely pale gold color. Aromas of spice and lemon/lime. Crisp on the palate, light touch on the oak. Lemon, pear, spice, gobs of minerals. Racy, well-controlled acidity, great balance. Finishes long and lingering, lemon, beautiful minerality, touch of honey. Let this warm up a bit. That slight touch of oak on the palate fades away. Beautiful wine. Will develop for 3 to 4 years and drink well for 10. "A"
