Lovely gold-green color. Lemon zest and pear on the nose. Fine bead. Light and lively on the palate, green apples, pears, minerals. Acidity just dances on the palate. Beautifully balanced. Finishes long, long spicy with apple notes. Just delightful. Made at Paul Launois facility. "A"
